Hello! I’m Katie, the founder of NOURISH - Plant-Based Delivery Meals.
I’ve been lucky to call Morzine home since 2011, drawn here by my love for the mountains and the active lifestyle they inspire. Over the years, I’ve worked as a chef in chalets during the winter and spent summers cooking on canal boats in France. Together with my husband, who is also a chef, we ran our own catering company, Griffin Private Chefs.
When my children were born, I took a step back from professional cooking, but my love for nourishing food never faded. I became deeply focused on crafting healthy, additive-free meals for my family, ensuring every dish was packed with the nutrients growing kids need. It was during this time that I redefined my approach to cooking—prioritising fresh, organic ingredients and embracing a whole-food, plant-based way of eating.
Now, with my children a little older, I’m thrilled to return to doing what I love: sharing nourishing, home-cooked meals with others. Through Nourish, I hope to bring the same care and quality to your table that I’ve given to my own family—meals that fuel your adventures and bring people together. I can’t wait to cook for you!
